Design and 3D rendering take about one week, and permits and approvals typically take 2–3 weeks. Once permits are approved, construction on a typical LCS pool takes 6–8 weeks. Timelines vary with permitting, weather, and design scope, and we will provide a project-specific schedule with your estimate.

LCS handles all pool permits for you. Before permitting can begin, we'll need your signed contract, a copy of your cash sale and a property survey. Permits usually take 2 to 3 weeks. We'll design the drainage for your project and include it in your proposal.
