On Chalstrom, LCS renovated the entire backyard around the pool, starting with new Hokitika Gorge StoneScapes PR Blend plaster, tile, skimmers and Ice White marble coping. A raised wall with scuppers, flanked by fire and water bowls, anchors the pool, with color-changing lighting, a matching Ice White marble deck and artificial turf with drainage. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and granite countertop, a pergola with a retractable screen, and fresh Zoysia sod complete the yard.
