On Lake Vista Dr., LCS hand dug a narrow-lot gunite pool and spa. The spa overflows into the pool, with square stone stepping pads across the overflow for crossing over. A sun shelf holds in-pool loungers, and the dark interior is framed by Calacatta Gray marble coping that carries into a matching marble paver deck. LCS also built the insulated aluminum screened patio room.
