On Washingtonian Dr., LCS built a custom gunite pool and a raised spa that spills over into the pool. The pool has a tanning ledge with LED bubblers and is surrounded by a porcelain paver deck. A floating fire pit, an artificial turf yard and new landscaping finish the space, and a covered living, kitchen and dining area looks right out over the water.
