On Australis, LCS built a long rectangular gunite pool with a flush spa and a tanning ledge, finished in StoneScapes Black PR Blend. Porcelain coping with a modern cantilevered edge frames the water and runs into a porcelain deck. The deck leads to a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and a lounge area with a fire pit. The yard also has a putting green and a sport court for pickleball and basketball.
