On Maryland Dr., LCS built a new gunite pool finished in Black PR Blend StoneScapes, with black glass waterline tile and a raised spa in white glass tile. A raised wall with four 6 in box scuppers and a built-in planter runs along the back, and Southern White limestone coping frames the water, surrounded by a spray deck with turf inlays. LCS also built the cabana with a storage room and bathroom, a wood TV wall and an audio video system, plus an outdoor kitchen with Bull appliances under a stained wood pergola with tinted bronze acrylic roof panels, with a diamond turf pattern between the kitchen and cabana. A shed built to match the house and new irrigation, drainage and sod finish the yard.
